Shipping Info
Good things take a little time. Most J22 pieces are made just for you and ship within 3–4 business days. From time to time, a design may need a few extra days in the studio before it’s ready to head your way. All orders are shipped via USPS so your new favorite piece can safely make its journey home.
Returns Policy
We want you to love your J22 purchase. Returns are accepted for store credit only and must be postmarked within 10 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition.
Items purchased through one of our retail partners must be returned directly to the store where the purchase was made and are subject to that retailer’s return policy.
Because each piece is handcrafted, we reserve the right to deny returns, exchanges, or repair requests that show signs of excessive wear, damage, misuse, or alteration.
Custom, personalized, and one-of-a-kind pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.
Jewelry Care
Your J22 jewelry is made with semi-precious stones and durable 14k gold-filled metals designed for everyday wear. For the longest life, remove jewelry before swimming, showering, exercising, or applying beauty products.
Just like your favorite pair of jeans, jewelry develops character over time. Body chemistry, moisture, and daily activities affect how quickly metals age, so each piece will wear a little differently from person to person.
